Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday by the Post Office, and the shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process. Delivery will be made within the timeframe determined by the Post Office for the region's zip code.

If your order is being returned to us, it means that: either the postman tried to deliver it 3 times and was unable to do so because he was not answered, or the address is incorrect/incomplete.
