Have you received your order and need to make an exchange?

Don't worry, here you will find all the necessary and important information to carry out the procedure.

To request an exchange or return for orders placed on the website, simply send a request by email to 333@fashionlog.com.br within 7 business days of receiving the item. We will send you a reverse logistics code, valid for 7 calendar days, so that you can send your box back to us. When the order arrives at our distribution center, we will analyze the condition of the item and contact you with a gift voucher for the amount you initially paid for the item, to be used on our website. Shipping costs are not included, and it is not possible to request a reservation for items to be exchanged.

The exchange or return request will only be accepted if the item is unused and has the composition label attached, otherwise it will not be possible to carry out the procedure. It is also necessary to have the purchase invoice, which is sent via email.

In the case of promotions or discounts, exchanges are not permitted in e-commerce or physical stores.

In cases of exchange due to a defect, photos showing the damage to the part will be requested for our team to assess for possible sending of a new product.

For returns, after we receive and analyze the request, the amount will be returned through the same payment method used for the purchase or as a gift card to be used on our website. It is not possible to make returns in physical stores.
